Why is PayPal is taking so long in answering messages?
I have had several issues and PayPal has taken a long time answering my messages. They advertise 24 hrs, but it has taken them several days. I have sent several messages and they haven't even answered the 1st one.
I have called to the phone number they provide and it sends me somewhere else.
I need urgent help with the issue I am not able to transfer my PayPal funds to my own debit card. I have done that several times. Do not know why PayPal is not allowing it now. Plus, I made several purchases in Groupon and PayPal didn't allowed the payments.
