i am seller & i receive my payments in form of monthly salary or monthly payment .. despite all my funds are available to be transfered .. each time i try to transfer them it give me ( sorry, please try again later) .. i have checked back with my card issuer .. & they said you have no problems on our side .. you have to check with paypal & till now i can reach you through email or find a solution
