My instant transfer says pending why is this...its only a 100 bucks paypal sucks

PayPal hasn't processed or complete processing of your transfer request yet.
All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if they identify an issue.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
