Hello, I am from Chisinău, Republic of Moldova, East Europe. I confirmed my card, but when I tried to transfer funds, is was written that my card is not eligible for instant transfers. I called representatives of the bank and they said that the card is ok and it is eligible for all kind of transfers. Could you please help me? Thank you!
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
