Why does PayPal think I’m a business?

I’m just trying to accept money from a friend who owes me, and PayPal is holding funds and asking me about shipping and being a new seller. I don’t plan on selling anything. PayPal has the worst customer service imaginable. I have a response in message center but it won’t load. Funds are still held.

If you were not selling then why did you accept payment as a seller?

If it was a payment for goods / services then you use the goods / services option and if its family / friends then you use that option.

A 'money request' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.
An 'invoice' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.
'Send money > goods/services' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.
A 'business account paypal.me' is not a friends/family payment its a goods/services payment.

A 'send money > friends/family payment is a friends/family payment.
A 'paypal.me personal account' is a friends/family payment.
