Wtf is going on. I sent a payment to my husband and i cant get a refund and my husband cant withdraw his money?. Tried contacting paypal but that was useless. Can anybody tell me why he cant withdraw his money?
I can't get my money a friend sent and I really need the money and pay.pal won't help I want the money. I need this money. It's important I get this money.
