I sent money to my dad and due to this PayPal hold my account and now telling me I cant redraw my own money till 180 days which I dont understand why because I need my money to take care of some stuffs

Sounds as if you have an underage account so paypal limited it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
