Why can't my bank account link?

Does anyone have troubles linking their Commerzbank account into Paypal? It just says that they can't link it right now and it's starting to annoy me.

Thanks @shan06. I had a look at that article before I posted on here, but this will be the first time I'll be linking my bank account to Paypal. 

It's a joint account so that could be a problem, but not too sure how to fix it.
