Why I don’t receive the top up money to paypal fund anymore?

I have topped up money from bank card to PayPal fund for6days BUT I haven’t received the money into fund til NOW. It expected in fund on 11th January. but today is 12th already. What’s going on? Who can help? Where to complain it?

You can't add funds to your paypal account in the UK via a linked debit card.

You can only add funds via a linked bank account after setting up the direct debit mandate.
