Why I can't link my go bank, I tried it too many times, it(your webpage) showing me "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."
You may want to contact customer service for assistance - it's possible that too many attempts is the issue - if so, then only customer service can assist. Another option is to reach out to PayPal via their Facebook or Twitter Account as both are supported by PayPal employees.
