I am having a very strange experience with my confirmation of debit card. By being unconscious, I have clicked many times at the continue, button. Since that, my bank started blocking me 1,95$ every time I requested a confirmation code. Also PayPal always came up with an error system authentication problem. While everything was ok, with my bank, PayPal didn't allow me to move forward for no reason. I am in Albania, and I can't contact with the operators. My bank is holding me an amount of 34$ dollars until now, which I wanted to spend for very important things. My bank said that if PayPal doesn't confirm your codes, your money will be back in 30 days. But I'm still confused.
