Im sitting in the paypal customer support waiting line since almost an hour... so I guess it might be faster just to ask here.
I used to study in the states in 2013, I'm from Germany, I have two PayPal Accounts, one American and one German.
Now I wanted to add my German credit card to my German account but I get the message that this credit card is already in use on PayPal.
I called the German Customer Support within minutes I got the answer that I have to call the American Support because they cant access the US PayPal and this card is used on an US account. So I checked my US account but there is nothing stored, no credit, debit card or anything else, so who the hell is using my credit card?! I mean its not been used its just in some ones account...
Back in 2013 somebody stole the information, my credit card number didnt change but the secret pin did... so nobody but me can use it...
