I linked my credit card to my paypal account but whenever I try transferring funds it says that my card is not eligible. What does this mean? I've tried this with two different cards neither of them worked.
You do not need to add money to your PayPal account to pay with it and not with your credit card anyway. When you check out, just select your credit card as the payment method after it asks you to log on.
