Hi community!
I am a 10 years and most satisfied PayPal member and asking for my contrymen in Greece. Due to CapitalControl many Greeks lost their bank accounts and bank cards, mostly because uninformed or for other unfair reasons. And I want to point out that I am not asking for people trying money laundering, just for simple people needing a payment method for small amounts.
My question: if they open a PaypalPal account, and they dont have a bank account or credit/debit card, is/are there a way(s) they can send money to PayPal balance and herewith pay for their online purchases?
