Where's my money

Hi! I'm new PayPal user. I know person sent me money because an email confirmation, but my balance shows 0eur. Where did my money go..? Or I just don't know how to get it. Help!

Are you sure the email was from paypal and not a fake one?

Did the person send in euros or another currency.

Is the email address the payment was sent to the same as the one linked to your paypal account?

Have you verified your email address?
