Where is the money in my wallet

I received 20 pounds from a friend few days ago. I wanted to transfert it on my bank account, it disappeared !!!!!!!! My wallet is empty even I did not touch this money and see it in my activity.
Could you give me back my money ?

I sent a message but I did not have an answer for now. The problem is, I am french. Even  I live in UK, for now, speak in english by phone is complicated. 😞

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
