I'm sorry to hear that there's confusion about bank transfer time frames.
Transfers from PayPal to your bank or from your bank to PayPal may take a few business days to transfer. The estimated time for transfers may vary from country to country and should be displayed when you go to your transfer page in your PayPal account and view the transfer options.
