Have transferred all of my money from my bank to my PayPal hoping it will be safe so my ex boyfriend doesn’t bleed me dry. I’m locked out of my internet banking and need to go to bank tomorrow. Will he be able to take money out or use my visa debit if I’ve transferred
If its already left your bank account and transfering to paypal and there is nothing left in that bank account AND he has no access to your paypal account then he shouldn't be able to access it.
If he can access your paypal account then he could transfer it back again.
