Hello, I just purchased an item which costs more then I have on paypal. I have paypal debit card, i have linked bank account, and no credit card. need to find the best (fastest and least expensive way) to put money to account.
1. My understanding is that when paypal does not have enough funds, during the payment part, money gets automatically drafted from the bank.
Does paypal charge fees for it? If yes, how much?
2. If i go to the store, i can add money to paypal debit card if i understand correctly ($3.95 surcharge). Do money go to that account right away and show up in my paypal account balance ?
Any suggestions are highly appreciated
