A website called StarStock sent my money that I withdrew from them as a "Payment for goods sold" (est. 90ish dollars). Since I don't really use Paypal that much, I got flagged and can't access my money, nor does StarStock want to confirm the status of the "product" on their end.
Will I still be able to retrieve my money without needing their approval and usually how long does that take?
