We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later

I have been trying to add my bank account to my paypal but it keeps telling me it cant process the request right now.

I have checked my account and it has not had the small transfer that paypal tries send.

It is a full account and i have no idea why its not working.

Name is the same, there is money in the account and the bank supports paypal
