"We’re sorry, things don’t appear to be working right now. Try again later." Keep seeing this while converting USD to PHP because GCASH won't accept a transfer unless it's in PHP first in Paypal. I've tried some of the suggestions in other threads but they don't seem to work at all.
Is this a temporary problem or a longstanding one?
It's near the end of the month already and I need to get the money moving.
Any workaround or solution to this would really help. Thanks.
