Hello everyone!!

 

I have recently made an account on PayPal and have some money in my wallet.  Whenever i try to withdraw the funds I'm receiving the same message "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later".

 

I'm trying to transfer the funds into my VISA card (debit) which is already linked. Also, I have tried transferring the funds using with and without purpose code both.

I live in DUBAI - UAE and have received the money from USA.
