I got money and Paypal hold my money and wrote in case: "This payment has been selected for review and we have opened an investigation. This is a security measure meant to protect you from problem transactions. We have placed a temporary hold on the funds until the investigation is complete."
I am waiting 10 days already and happen NOTHING.
Nobody help. Its Normal? People on Mars will be faster than I get my money..
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
