I paid 600 via debit card and 400 voucher to a total of 1000. now i cancelled the first product for which i got a refund of 360 in my debit card and the voucher was shown as deducted in refund because of multiple purchases.. how do i get my voucher back. should i cancel the second product too.and why was it deducted in refund

Hi @adityapathak,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
In general, when you use a voucher for one purchase and you receive a refund for that transaction, the voucher is not refunded, unfortunately.
I hope this helps.
Martina
