This has been an ongoing issue since Nov 2017 and remains unresolved to this day despite 3+ times attempting to contact PayPal support. I'll keep it short all of my other cards work in linking to my wallet my 1 CIBC visa debit will not link says can't link to wallet. In my dealings with PayPal support they tried to pass it on to CIBC, however my card links and works everywhere else other than PayPal and even when I contacted CIBC they said all is good nothing is blocked on their end for PayPal. So what's up? Why is customer support dodging me now and why is there no resolution for this?
