Yesterday night i removed my credit card from my Paypal account , it was unlinked successfully , today I'm trying to link it (the same card) to a different PayPal account but it says that the card is already linked to an account!
Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
