Hi, i can't link my debit mastercard. Why? Bank says that is nothing wrong with it.

Is it a local card?

Does it have available funds on it?

Does the billing address of the card match the address on your paypal account?

Have you confirmed it with the 4 digit code?

If you have checked all of that then you would need to contact customer services to see if they can add it for you.
