I am very upset my PayPal account wont transfer to my debit card or bank account I have tried to delete it and re add the card now it wont let me add the card I made my husband a PayPal account then transfers the money to his and now it wont show up on his balance. This is my money and I shouldnt hsve to go through all this just to get what's mine.
