I added money to my PayPal on May 16th using my bank card and it said 3-5 days I should have my money on my PayPal account. It has been 5 days and I still don't have my money, also the details of the transaction state I should have my money on May 29th. Why is this taking 13 days for me to add money? This is my second time using PayPal and my second time having major issues with this service.
