Verifying PayPal account with a bank account

Hi,

I have trouble verifying my PayPal account with a bank account (U.S. bank account).

When I fill out Routing and Account number and press Agree and Link I get sign "The information you entered is incorrect. Please check your information and try again".

Is anyone experienced the same issue?
