Hi all, I'm new to Paypal & have a question about receiving payment for digital products I sell.
I did a transaction from my site with my personal Paypal account, which was successful but the payment went On Hold for 48 hours. Afterwards I had to log in to my personal account to verify that I had received the product before the transaction could be marked as Completed and the money released to my business account.
I can't expect my customers to do that for a $5 product. Is there another way to verify that the digital product was delivered without manual intervention? I've been looking at IPN and PDT but I don't know if they tell Paypal that the product has been delivered.
Can anyone help please?
