My card was confirmed 5 years ago.
A month ago, they were scrambling again to confirm their debit card. I paid several times for 1.50 euros. The debit card was confirmed. They do not refund my money for 20 days. I send letters to the "correspondence center" and I always get the answer to confirm the debit card. I get the answer - enter the four-digit code. There is no column where I write a code because my card is already confirmed.

What to do, who to ask. In order to be reimbursed my money.
