Verified business. Verified cards. limited Withdrawals?

While making these withdrawals being on the phone with PP representative, they keep saying we are not even restricted.

It's a 'glitch' of the type of credit card, and they suggest to withdraw 'slowly', day by day, instead with many actions per day.

Does this sound remotely serious from a business account with higher 5 digits sums, working with PayPal since 2013?

Anybody has encountered this before?
