Verification fee

It's been 3 days since I verified my card and paypal deducted $2 on my card back then. It's supposed to refund me back my $2 right but it didnt come. Also I got a credit card. How do I resolve this issue?

Sometimes its refunded back to your balance and put towards the next item that you purchase.

But if its going back to the card allow 30 days.
