No. If you have Venmo then you should have the debit card. Just use the debit card to pay for your purchase. The venmo card can be used in more places,places that don't have a PayPal pay option. If you have venmo type can add the debit card to your PayPal accounts payment methods and you them can use the venmo money in your PayPal account just switch preferred payment method to the venmo debit card when checking out.
