I just bought a (Visa) Vanilla gift card (I checked and it had the balance) I went to link to card to PayPal and it says “This card was declined. Try a different payment method or contact the card issuer.” I don’t know if it’s an issue on my end or PayPal’s, could someone please answer me ASAP
