Validating Prepaid Card

Actually I am having difficulties with PayPal.

Within the verification process, I cannot validate my card since PayPal is looking for a 4digit code which I have not get so far.

I deleted my previous account on PayPal and then created a new one with the same email address and prepaid card.

Yet the problem of validating my prepaid card continues.

You could contact the issuer and ask if they can identify any issues.
