VISA Card - no charge - no code

Hello! It's been a feew weeks now, that I started the "Confirm your card"-procedure. But I didn't get a charge to my card - so I haven't a code to enter....What can I do?

Hi @Ni_Ru,

 

If you haven't yet seen the code, I would advise first reaching out to your card company to see if they can see a charge from us. If not, you can request the code again to confirm and hopefully this one will complete without issue. Keep in mind that the charge can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. I hope the issue is resolved soon!
