Some one try to add my credit card to the another paypal account yesterday early morning around 04.48 am sri lanka time(18 nov 2018). I already add that credit card to the my account few years ago. Can you investigate who are the trying to use my credit card please.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
