I used the wrong email account to make a payment. I need my money back.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.

Then you would have to email the person that email belongs to and request a refund.

IF they refuse and you sent the funds with buyer protection ie NOT friends / family then open a dispute for non receipt of item and as that person has nothing to send you then you may get a refund.
