Urgent paypal problem

Hello,

recently I had a problem passing my paypal account in negative, but it lasted 2 days and after that paypal has been able to take back is money . After that they re still taking money on my account, knowing that I already paid my bill they should stop , but the balance of my paypal account is still the same and their call center are closed please, and they are still taking the amount on my bank account help me please
