Urgent! Cannot confirm my credit card

PLEASE HELP ME! for the first time to confirm my credit card, I entered the wrong paypal code maybe twice by using my iphone. then the phone power off,I did not finish the confirmation. later login PayPal again, go to the wallet,and can not find the verification steps. so I updated the same card ,and till now I still can not find the way to confirm the credit card. my credit card has been charged ,and I have got the 4 digit code, made several phone call but did not reach to the real person customer service. SO what can I do now ? I can not pay online or donate with the paypal, as the credit card linked can not be paid, it is the problem that I do not confirm the credit card. Please offer me the way to confirm the credit card. THANKS!

Every time you request a code to confirm a card or bank account it cancels the previous request/code.
If you input the first code to arrive it would be the cancelled one.
Do that 3 times with the first code and you would no longer be able to confirm your card or bank account that way.
The correct code would have been the second (or last) code you requested.

You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your card or bank statement to prove ownership of the account as you couldn't manage the code method.
