Update payment information for personal account

I can't get to my personal account information to update my payment information

Sorry if you're having an issue getting access to your payment information. 

You should have a tab on your account that says Wallet or Money where you are able to edit your payment information. Is there a specific error that you're receiving when accessing this page?
