Hi. So I made my PayPal account and I am required to link it to a card but sadly I do not have access to a card. My question is, can someone deposit money into my account even though it's not linked to a card???

Yes but you would not be able to withdraw the funds but you may be able to spend it from your account BUT....

for some transactions ie digital / virtual or higher risk AND at 'some point' anyway Paypal will ask you to add a card to act as a back up funding source and to verify your Paypal account.
