A hypothetical scenario:
Assume I am in Spain.
My home is New York City, where is also my personal Chase Bank account.
I need to send $40K to an Arizona bank to close a deal.
I have $50K in my Chase account, which is linked and verified with my PayPal account. Can I send through my PayPal account, $40K to the Arizona account without problems?
How long would all of this take? I am posing this scenario, on behalf of a friend who does not yet have a PayPal account.
