Unreleased fund even after 21 days has already passed

Hello guys. My current issue with Paypael right now is that they haven't released my fund yet, even though it's been more than 21 days since I got paid by the client. Does anybody here know what I should do next to have my money released as soon as possible?

I'm sorry to hear that the funds you have received have not yet been released. If 21 days has elapsed already, please reach out to customer service to inquire. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for contact options.
