Unhappy customer but item as described on post

I’ve sold a Canada goose coat to a girl showed her pictures of the marks and dirt where it hasn’t been dry cleaned yet, and she said it was fine, used her dads PayPal to pay for it and it’s been delivered and he’s not happy with the marks on it and won’t confirm receipt so my money is still on hold. What do I do and does this mean I’ll have to refund him or not. Thanks

The new seller hold is between you and paypal and nothing to do with the buyer, the buyer doesn't even know your funds are on hold.

The only way the buyer can get a refund is if they open ''and win'' a dispute for item received but not as described, and even then the buyer would have to return the item back to you first before you have to refund and again only if they win.
