Unconfirmed bank

Can PayPal withdraw money from an unconfirmed bank account? I set up Samsung Pay to use my PayPal account where I set it to withdraw from my bank account and not a card as I left my card at home. It's saying it's an unconfirmed account but I need to know if I can still use Samsung Pay for a PayPal account linked to an unconfirmed bank to make purchases.
