Unclaimed Pending Money

I had sent a customer an invoice, and she said she paid it. I checked and it says money received, but pending. And in other places it says that the payment is unclaimed. How do I “claim” the money so it shows up as no longer pending?

Hi slmiller2765, 

 

If you have received a payment that needs to be claimed you should be seeing an option to claim the payment. Go to where you see that it is unclaimed and see if you are seeing an option saying "claim your payment". Once you claim your payment the balance should reflect on your PayPal account.
